Dr. Bledsoe

Dr. Bledsoe is a member of the faculty of the University of Wyoming, College of Agriculture, Life Sciences and Natural Resources where he conducts food safety related courses as well as research into automated and aerial systems related to agriculture. He is an internationally recognized expert in Fisheries/ Seafood, Harvest, Processing and Marketing; Aquaculture, Agribusiness & Natural Resources, Economic Development, Post-Harvest Processing including the Cold Chain (Refrigerated processing, storage, and transportation); Food Safety and Counter Bio-terrorism, management and research. He retired in 1990 as President of a Seattle/Alaska based seafood company; subsequently returning to university to achieve advanced degrees. Since then, he has applied his experience and education working to improve US fisheries as well as to work in food and fisheries economic development around the world.  He has worked internationally in over 73 countries.
