Joseph Oatman

Oatman is Deputy Program Manager and Harvest Division Director for the Nez Perce Tribe Fisheries Department. Nez Perce Joe also serves on the Pacific Fishery Management Council that manages multiple species of fish on the West Coast of the United States. Pacific Fishery Management Council is one of eight regional fishery management councils established by Congress in 1976.
