SUMMARY:Celebrating Women Grant Opportunity
DESCRIPTION:We’re excited to present the BMO Celebrating Women Grant Program in collaboration with Deloitte. Fifteen women-owned businesses will receive a $10\,000 grant to take their businesses to the next level. We’re looking for women business owners who are motivated by growth and change and are excited to break barriers to achieve success. We recognize that access to funding and capital is a challenge that women business owners often face. BMO is committed to investing in and supporting women-owned businesses and has honored over 236 women since 2012. The BMO Celebrating Women Grant Program will assess applicants based on their high-level business growth plans. Any type of business growth will be considered whether expanding into a new market or creating a new product/service. To be eligible for the BMO Celebrating Women Grant Program\, you’ll need to show us your high-level overview of your business growth strategy. You’ll also need to meet specific eligibility criteria as an applicant and business. \nCriteria for applicants: \n\n\nYou’re the owner of a business \n\n\nYou’re a resident of the U.S. \n\n\nYou’ve reached the legal age of majority in the state where your business resides \n\n\nCriteria for businesses: \n\n\nMust be at least 51% owned or controlled by women or by individuals who self-identify as women \n\n\nCurrently active and operating in the U.S. and in accordance with all applicable laws\, licenses and regulations \n\n\nHas a physical location (or a mailing address for their headquarters) in Arizona\, California\, Colorado\, Florida\, Idaho\, Illinois\, Indiana\, Iowa\, Kansas\, Michigan*\, Minnesota\, Missouri\, Nebraska\, Nevada\, New Mexico\, North Dakota\, Oklahoma\, Oregon\, South Dakota\, Texas*\, Utah\, Washington\, Wisconsin\, Wyoming. *Businesses located in Michigan or Texas must be within 100 miles of a BMO full-service retail branch. \n\n\nMust be a for-profit business with annual revenues of $5 million USD or less \n\n\nIn good standing and operating in the state in which the business is registered \n\n\nIn operation selling a product or service for at least two years as of April 1\, 2024 \n\n\nFor full eligibility details for the 2024 Grant Program\, see the Official Terms and Conditions.\n\n\nInformation to include in your application: \nApplications open on April 30\, 2024.
