Registration is open to individuals in the US who have started their hosting journey and have questions. Our friendly Superhost Ambassador Katelyn is here to help you! \nMeet your Superhost Ambassador\, Katelyn\nMy mission has always been to connect people through creative spaces. I had the opportunity to interact with and entertain over 1\,000 guests from all over the world at the 10 rental properties I designed and managed. I then worked as a Host Advisor for the Airbnb Plus program\, assisting Superhosts through the onboarding process. \nMost of my energy today is focused on helping new hosts succeed\, by providing resources and connections\, one-on-one consultations & webinars. \nMy educational background is in Communications and Sociology and\, prior to my Airbnb life\, I was a Brand Strategist for a social marketing agency. I’ve also dabbled in Tour Management and large scale event production.

SUMMARY:Incurred Cost Submissions: Contract Briefs
DESCRIPTION:At the end of a defined accounting period\, federal government contractors must submit actual costs incurred to DCAA.  The intention of this process is for DCAA to review costs claimed to ensure they are allowable\, allocable\, and reasonable per FAR 31\, as well as within the terms of their respective contracts.  DCAA will discuss requirements for the annual submission and what DCAA considers to be elements of an adequate submission.  This training provides an overview of the  DCAA Incurred Cost Electronic (ICE) model\, which provides contractors with a standard user-friendly package to compile their financial data.  DCAA will also discuss its adequacy review process and means of how they select submissions for audit.

SUMMARY:Will vs. Trust: When and Why do you need them?
DESCRIPTION:Did you know 64% of Americans do not have a Will. If you think estate planning will be too expensive or time consuming\, then you haven’t considered the cost to your loved ones down the road. SUMMARY:Native Enterprise Program
DESCRIPTION:This unique 9-week business development course led by Native entrepreneurs is designed to offer invaluable insights into the intricacies of launching and/or sustaining a business as a Native entrepreneur. Our program is composed of eight dynamic modules\, each rooted in personal narratives and captivating stories told by successful Native business owners. The 9th week is for graduation\, where you will provide a short presentation of your business! At the completion of this course\, you will have an Executive Summary\, a sample budget\, and your business pitch. Graduates of this Program will be equipped to develop their business plan and launch their business. \n\n\nThe Program\n\n\n\n\nThe NE Coalition Project is a full year of programming\, offered in cohorts for group support and improved learning. It begins with the programs of our initial partners\, and their suite of programs. These have been placed on a continuum of enterprise development\, from initial exploration to preparing for startup funding. \n\n\n\n\nThe Platform\n\n\n\n\nEntrepreneurs throughout the Pacific Northwest often struggle to find resources. It may be because they are in isolated communities\, their needs are unique\, and/or they are in a specialized industry and no resources are available where they live. The economy of this region cannot afford to lose business. That’s why we launched StartUp Northwest – this platform aims to address this problem by offering an online resource center for entrepreneurship. \n\n\n\n\nThe Opportunity\n\n\n\n\nThis initiative both enables people to invest in their own communities as well as seek capital from fellow Northwesterners – the communities where we live – putting the power of enterprise success back into the hands of those who would use and benefit by the business. \n\n\n\n\nThe Goal\n\n\n\n\nOur goal is to collaborate with Tribal and Native leaders to create a comprehensive program designed to introduce\, support\, and help launch more Native enterprises\, offering a more organized\, resource-rich pathway to economic justice and independence for Native people.
