Etsy Craft Entrepreneurship 4 Session Online Workshop

May 13 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm PDT

The Etsy Craft Entrepreneurship class will help Native artists and craftsmen launch their own shops on Etsy to create pathways for supplemental income. Participants will learn the fundamentals of starting an online micro-business and learn how to sell their work to new audiences which is often a challenge for rural Native entrepreneurs. The course covers topics such as marketing, branding, pricing, and product photography as well as walking you through the process of opening your own Etsy store.

Taught by Cherokee artist MaryBeth Timothy of Moonhawk Art. For more information, email Lynn Wilson at  lynn@idrsinc.org. This workshop is being funded in part by the USDA Rural Development, the Small BusinessAdministration, Administration, and the California Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development.
