This virtual session will provide operational and leadership strategies as well as best practices to answer questions on building capacity and fostering growth for new and want-to-be Nonprofit Organizations. This virtual session will begin with an abbreviated review of the 4-part webinar series. Most importantly, this session will provide for an open discussion and group activity/interaction on how to develop and process the following critical items for all nonprofits: (1) Mission Statement; (2) Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws; and (3) Application to the IRS. This event is hosted by Native Learning Center and registration is FREE for Native Americans & those working within Indian Country!
