  • Horse Parade Starts on the east side of Packer Meadows, come into the ceremony area and loop 3 times around the circle

1:45 PM |  Welcoming Statements

  • NPTEC Welcome by Samuel Penney, NPT Chairman
  • FS Welcome by Cheryl Probert, Acting Deputy Regional Forester, Northern Region (wrap up by introducing Toby)

2:00 PM | Project Statements
