Theresa Deibele

Theresa brings 15 years of experience in finance, impact investing, and philanthropy. Her work at Occam Advisors focuses on sourcing and managing impact investments for community foundations with Impact Investing programs. In 2022, she facilitated $5.9 million into projects supporting affordable housing, climate-smart forestry, wealth building and economic vitality in Oregon, with a concentration on women-led and BIPOC-led endeavors. Her background includes almost ten years with Meyer Memorial Trust, where she led the Housing Opportunities Portfolio, managed over $20 million in program related investments, and served on Meyer’s Mission Related Investment Committee. Prior to that, Theresa practiced public finance law, and she now serves on the State of Oregon’s Private Activity Bond Committee.
