Jeff Roberts, AIA, LEED AP, NOMA is an architect/planner and an enrolled citizen of the Cherokee Nation. Jeff is the founder and principal of Earthwise Design who possesses a deep-seated commitment to regenerative design. Known for his holistic design approach and high-performance buildings, Jeff’s work is rooted in place-based solutions that prioritize ecological concepts, forging a path toward a more sustainable future. With his extensive knowledge of water conservation, he serves on the Advisory Board for the AIA+2030 Professional Education Series and is a keystone member for Biomimicry Oregon. As a community-based designer with over a dozen LEED-certified projects, Jeff’s facilitation and leadership skills have created a portfolio of projects that have transformed the industry. This list includes the 1st LEED Campus in the United States at the Springs Preserve, with Three LEED Platinum Certified buildings on the same site, including the UNLV Solar Decathlon House and the Desert Living Center. In addition, Jeff was the designer for the 1st LEED Platinum/Net Zero Energy project for the National Park Service and the US Fish and Wildlife Service.
