Indigenous Makers Etsy Cohort Information Session

Are you a maker, artist, or craftsman who creates handmade items?

The IDRS Acorn Project is partnering with the Nest Artisan Guild to launch a special program that will help Native makers expand their market and make more income by selling on the Etsy platform. Makers chosen to participate in the 3-month program will receive all the assistance and training they need to launch a successful Etsy store. In addition to the specialized training and assistance, participants will also receive grants that will help ensure their successful launch into the global marketplace.

During this informational session, you will hear from two Native makers who have experienced tremendous success selling through Etsy. MaryBeth Timothy and Lynn Wilson will explain why they chose Etsy as their primary online sales platform and share how they plan to use their knowledge and best practices to help program participants achieve the same success they’ve had.
