Javier Gomez Garcia, a Caldwell, Idaho native, proudly embodies his Mexican American heritage. Proficient in both English and Spanish, he values the power of words and humor in community unity. As a first-generation college graduate from the University of Idaho, Javier takes immense pride in his journey as the son of immigrant parents. Over the past 15 years, he’s dedicated himself to higher education, striving to create opportunities and break down barriers, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to equitable progress for all.
