We’re Hiring! Nimiipuu Fund Loan Officer

Nimiipuu Community Development Fund (NCDF), a Native CDFI, is seeking a Full-Time Loan Officer to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the financial growth of tribal citizens and community members on the Nez Perce Reservation and surrounding communities.
The Loan Officer will be responsible for underwriting, originating, closing, and monitoring our loan portfolio, while collaborating with partners to advance NCDF’s mission of building strong, sustainable Native economies.
Qualifications:
  • Accounting certificate or related education with 2+ years’ experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
  • Strong lending, credit analysis, and relationship-building skills
