Special Guest: Jiselle Halfmoon (Cayuse/Confederated Tribes of Umatilla) is the Digital Marketing Creative Lead at Cayuse Native Solutions (CNS), specializing in digital campaigns, social media, branding, and web development. Before joining CNS in 2022, she spent 13 years in CTUIR’s Communications department, earning two national journalism awards. Certified in digital marketing (Google) and Tribal web development (University of Arizona), Jiselle is also a writer, artist, and entrepreneur (Indigital). Her projects include the Bestiarium International exhibition, the Ghost Herd podcast, and cultural editorial work in Pacific Northwest public radio. A dedicated advocate, she is serving her third term on the CTUIR Law & Order Committee. In her free time, she enjoys creating digital tribal pop art, photography, exploring tribal homelands, and road-tripping with her mini-Aussie, Hutch.
