This workshop is for community members who are ready to take a fresh look at their relationship with money—through a supportive, culturally grounded approach. We’ll blend practical financial tools with wellness practices and trauma-informed guidance to help you feel more confident, empowered, and in control of your finances.

DAY ONE – Exploring the Roots of Our Money Story
Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (including a 45 min Lunch)
Focus: Awareness, trauma education, mindset, money beliefs, and emotional safety

Time: 9:00 AM-3:00 PM (including a 45 min Lunch)
Focus: Budgeting, planning, empowerment, embodiment, action
