Law students in the Entrepreneurship Law Clinic (“ELC”), supervised by a licensed attorney, provide free legal work to Idaho business owners. The ELC can help with a wide variety of business-related legal work, including forming a legal entity such as an LLC or corporation, drafting or reviewing contracts, filing trademark applications, or helping to assess a business’s legal needs.
