Wills & Estate Planning Assistance

The Nez Perce Tribe Wills & Estate Intern, Amanda from the University of Idaho, will be available once a month through December 2025 at the BIA Office to assist tribal members with estate planning. To prepare, please complete the Estate Planning Questionnaire and bring a printed copy of your Individual Trust Interest (ITI) report, available at the BIA office. Appointments are preferred by email at [email protected], or by phone at 208-621-4827 during the hours the intern is in the office.
